Harry W. Hoffert, 92 formerly of Springfield Township died Tuesday, September 12, 2006 in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. He was the husband of the late Ruth E. (Leister) Hoffert. Born in Richland Township on Nov. 19, 1913 he was the son of the late Calvin and Eva (Weaver) Hoffert. He was a electrician for the Electrical Union before retiring in 1975. He worked for a couple of years in New York City and worked on the World Trade Center. While in New York he loved to go ice skating at Rockefeller Center. He was a lifetime member of the Paletown Rod & Gun Club and a member of the Sellersville Moose Family Center. He was also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Richlandtown. He is survived by a daughter Janice wife of George A. Keefer of Richland Township, two sons Harry A. and his wife Joanne of Richland Township and Donald L. and his wife Jo Ann of Tucson, AZ. Seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday September 15, at 1:30 p.m. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W.
