Harry E. Schwartz, 82, of Quakertown died Wednesday, October 15, 2008 in his home. He was the husband for 63 years of Blanche K. (Landis) Schwartz. Born in Philadelphia he was the son of the late Otto and Mary (Jensen) Schwartz. He was last employed at Blinderman and Son Scrap Yard in Hellertown. Harry was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife he is survived by seven sons Jerry of Sellersville, Barry, Dennis, Rick, and Randy all of Quakertown, and Larry & Brian both of Trumbauersville. Two daughters Linda Gerstenberg and Penny Schwartz both of Allentown. 26 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was predeceased by a son Harry and a daughter Goldie. Services will be held on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
