Obituary Guy W. Schwager, 65, of Quakertown died July 26, 2022 in the home of his sister, Ramona. Born in Sellersville he was the son of the late George & Doris (Post) Schwager. He was an "Over the Road Trucker' driving in the lower 48 states for over 35 years. Guy was a huge outdoorsman, hunter, and mountain man and enjoyed watching John Wayne movies and Westerns. Guy was also a very simple person. He is survived by his son Gary of Prospect Park, two sisters Patti Leight and husband Jim of Coopersburg and Ramona Clymer and husband Gregory of Palm; a brother Bryan Schwager and wife Linda of Westminster, MD, grandchildren Steven and Tammie Slaton, of Norwood, PA; great grandchildren Lydia and Everly Slaton. He is also survived by three nephews Dustin Clymer and his wife Lindsey of Huffs Church, Pa; Cory Clymer, and Chad a niece Ashley Schwager of Westminster, MD, great nieces Ariana, Brynn, & Capriana. Services will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to American Lung Association 2121 City Line Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017.
