Gloria J. Butler, 66, of Quakertown died Wednesday, February 2, 2005 in her home. She was the wife of Donald W. Butler. They would have been married 45 years on February 6. Born in Washington, D.C. she was the daughter of the late Howard & Miltilda (Gatter) Whalen. She was a member of the Milford Fire Co. where she helped run the Bingo games, and was also a member of the Melody Lakes Bowling League. In addition to her husband she is survived by three sons Donald W., Jr. of Warminster, Joseph D. of Benton, Pa and Keith A. of Quakertown. A daughter Pamela J. Herrington of Somers Point, NJ. Two brothers Howard of Dawsonville, GA and Joseph of Line Lexington, PA. Two sisters Dolores Mangle of Sewel, NJ and Mary Helfer of Bensalem. 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Tuesday 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
