Gloria Mayer passed away Saturday April 3, 2010 in Orlando, Florida. at the age of 90. She was born in Baldwin, New York, and was raised in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents, ReLloyd & Eva Fronheiser, her husband Albert Mayer, and her son Dennis Jay Mayer. She is survived by her brother and sister in-law, Lloyd and Barbara Fronheiser of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, her son Barry Albert Mayer of Sanford, Florida, and daughter Patti Mayer Franklin, as well as two grandchildren, Ian Wade Franklin and Jennifer Elizabeth Franklin of Linville, North Carolina. Gloria was a florist as well as a published poet. She will be missed dearly by all of her friends and loved ones. Services will be held Friday, April 9th at 11:00 AM in the C.R.
