Glen Christopher Lewis

Glen Christopher Lewis, 40, of Quakertown died October 24, 2016 at St. Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in Quakertown, PA he was the son of Susan J. (Jordan) Mauro and Wayne Ernest Lewis. Glen was a car enthusiast especially classic cars and repairing them, he also enjoyed fine art, cooking, nature, and gardening. Glen had a dry, witty sense of humor but also was compassionate and had a kind heart always enjoying a philosophical conversation with people. In addition to his mother and father he is survived by a daughter Brynn, a brother Peter W. Lewis, paternal grandmother Gloria Lewis, uncles John W. Jordan, III (Lynn), Robert W. Jordan and their families, and the Lewis aunts and uncles Gloria, Karen, Steven, David, Bryan, and Beth Ann and their families, his best friend Celeste Quinn, numerous cousins and step-mother Donna. He was predeceased by his step father Fred Mauro, maternal grandparents John W., II & Martha S. Jordan and his paternal grandfather Ernest F. Lewis. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. at St. Isidores Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951. A calling hour will be held on Friday evening October 28, 2016 from 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. There will be no calling hours on Saturday morning.
