George H. Friese, 89, of Quakertown died Friday September 24, 2010 in LifeQuest Nursing Center, Milford Twp. He was the husband of the late Dorothy E. (Schmid) Friese. Born in Baltimore, Maryland he was the son of the late George H. & Ada (Sipes) Friese. He was the owner of the former George Friese Exxon of Quakertown before retiring. He was last employed as a greeter at the Quakertown Wal-Mart. George was a member of United Mennonite Church in Quakertown and was a former Sunday School teacher at Rockwild Union Sunday School. He is survived by two daughters Dorothy E. Mitchell (Albert) and Georgia F. Young (Dennis). Six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday September 28, at 11:00 a.m. at United Mennonite Church 180 Thatcher Rd. Quakertown PA 18951. Call from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church.
