Frederick E. Williams, 81, of Upper Black Eddy died Sunday, July 31, 2005 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was the husband of Jacqueline (Vinten) Williams. Born in Andover Twsp., NJ he was the son of the late William H. & Ethel M. (Hedden) Williams. He retired in 1988 as a processing technician for Ortho Pharmaceuticals in Rariton, New Jersey. Prior to that he was a Correctional Lieutenant for the State of New Jersey retiring in 1974 after 25 years of service. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during WW II. He was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Quakertown. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Deborah Probst of Palo Alto, California. Two step-sons Jeffrey R. Moss of Phillipsburg, NJ and Steven J. Moss of Lebanon, NJ. A sister Dorothy of Hacketstown, NJ and two brothers Arnold of Spring Valley, CA and William of Swanton, Vermont. Six grandchildren Reese, Jonathan, Amanda, Jake, Michelle, & Lindsey. A graveside memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.. at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown, PA.
