Virginia Schaffer, 89 of Quakertown died Saturday April 9, 2011 in Belle Haven Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Ralph L. Schaffer. Born in Quakertown she was the daughter of the late Roy F. and Anna V. (Lee) White. She was employed by Spinlon Industries in Quakertown before her retirement. Prior to that she was employed by the former Eagle Shirt Factory and the former Harvey Clothing. Virginia was a former member of the Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle in Pennsburg. She is survived by a daughter Pat Mindler and husband Richard and a son Ralph Schaffer and wife Linda both of Quakertown. Six grandchildren Pam Trumbauer, JacLynn Bauer, Debbie Schubert, Dawn Posh, Denise Charles and Diane Vera. Twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
