Fern T. Badman, 82, of Quakertown died Monday, December 4, 2006 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. She was the wife of Stuart D. Badman. They were married 59 years last July. Born in Northampton she was the daughter of the late Fred W. & Florence E. (Solt) Behringer. She was a nurse at the former Quakertown Community Hospital before retiring. She was a past member of the former Quakertown Chapter of the Eastern Star #319 where she was past treasurer. Fern was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Quakertown. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Dennis S. Badman, MD of Sanbornville, New Hampshire. A brother Dale Behringer of Northampton, three sisters Catherine Cox of Santa Monica, CA, Althea Behringer of Northampton, and Renee Roth of Easton. Three grandchildren Millie Ferris, Margie Badman, and Toby Badman and one great granddaughter Willa Ferris. Fern is also survived by an aunt Hattie Angeny of Northampton. Services will be held on Friday, December 8, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John's Lutheran Church 19 S. 10th St. Quakertown. Eastern Star Services will be held at 10:30 A.M.
