Evelyn W. Hopkinson, 81 of Quakertown formerly of Ashley Heights, NC. died Wednesday November 23, 2005 in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late William John and Sarah (McKinney) Wilkinson. A homemaker, she was also an avid gardener and watercolorist and she celebrated life with people she loved. She is survived by two sons, James P. Hopkinson, Jr. of Quakertown and David R. Hopkinson of Ann Arbor, MI; two daughters Sarah J. Hopkinson of Quakertown and Maryann Ramos and her husband Carlos of North Wales. Four grandchildren, Russell and his wife Myrrisa, Rebecca, Mary and Holly; one step-grandchild April; one great - grandchild Drake and two step great-grandchildren, Maya and Robby. A sister Claire Tompkins of Sellersvile. She is also survived by her ex husband James P. Hopkinson. Memorial services will announced at a later date. Arrangements by C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
