Esther B. Croissette, 68, of Quakertown died January 27, 2010 in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. She was the companion of the late Guerney Wert for 33 years. Born in Lansdale she was the daughter of Elsie (Semern) Thompson of Millsboro, DE and the late Timothy Thompson. She was an assembler for the former Keystone Transformer Company in Trumbauersville for 17 years. She enjoyed painting, crafts, and country music dancing. Esther was a member of Christ U.C.C. in Trumbauersville where she taught Bible School and sang in the choir. In addition to her mother she is survived by her children Pam Goodin of Monroe, TN., Cindy Keyser and her husband Jesse, Sr. of Red Hill, Rick and his wife Debbie of Quakertown, and Brenda Roberts and her husband Barry of Trumbauersville. A brother Charlie Thompson and his wife Joyce, three sisters Marion Johnson and her husband Laverne, Carol Roberts and her husband Bill, and Donna Grube. Seven grandchildren Jesse, Jr., Jeremy, Jennifer, Anthony, Andrew, and Billy. Nine great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son David, a grandson David Goodin, and a brother Jim and his wife Pat. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 3 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Belle Haven Nursing Home or to Grand View Hospice.
