Elizabeth C. Grim, Coopersburg, died Monday, November 17th in the Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's Bethlehem. She was 74. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Bilger) Gehringer. Prior to her retirement, Elizabeth worked as an office clerk for Air Products in Trexlertown and for many years for the former First National Bank of Allentown. She was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown. In her spare time, she enjoyed listening to books on tape, watching movies, and crafting ceramics. Elizabeth was a faithful customer at Reta's Ceramics Center in Quakertown every Wednesday. She was especially fond of her 13 nieces and nephews - Matthew, Stephen, Timothy, Lauren, Christopher, Jerome, Jonathan and Jennifer Graybill; John, Monica, and Adam Weber; and Jennifer and Rebecca Morley. The mutual love and respect they shared will always be treasured and never forgotten. In addition to her nieces and nephews, she is survived by two sisters - Susan Morley and her husband John and Madge Weber and her husband John, both of Coopersburg. Elizabeth was predeceased by a brother William Gehringer and a sister Cynthia Graybill. A Memorial mass will be held on Friday, November 28, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Isidore's Catholic Church - 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Isidore's Respect Life Group, of which Elizabeth was an active member - 603 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
