Edwin S. Young, Jr.,72, of Quakertown formerly of Sellersville died September 24, 2009 in his home. He was the husband of Thelma J. (Mobilia) Young. They were married 50 years last December. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Edwin S., Sr. & Anna Mae (Gryscovich) Young. He was the former owner of Ed Young Electric in Sellersville. Edwin was a U.S. Navy Veteran. In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons Andrew and his wife Tina, Edward and his wife Karen, a daughter Victoria Markley and her husband Stephen all of Quakertown. Six grandchildren Edward, Scott, Heather and her husband Ronald Tyahla, A.J., Kyle, and Travis. Two great grandchildren Austin & Taylor Tyahla, and a baby due May 2010. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday October 1, 2009 at 8:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Thursday 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the funeral home.
