Dorothy R. Pacher, 86 of Sellersville died Friday March 29, 2013 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Preston McCarthy, Sr. and the late William Pacher. Born in Quakertown she was the daughter of the late William and Sarah M. (Schaffer) Kernechel. She worked for the former Harvey's Clothing Factory in Quakertown before her retirement. Dorothy enjoyed going to the casinos. She is survived by three daughters Loretta Falk-Trout, Roselee Stever and Carol Kempton. A sister Ruth Weid and four brothers Russell, Walter, Richard and Chester. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Leon "Skip" Kempton, three sisters Ethel, Kathryn and Grace and two brothers Arthur and Harold. Services will be held on Wednesday April 3, at 10:30 a.m. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. Call from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
