Dorothy M. Laudenslager

Dorothy M. Laudenslager, 75, of Quakertown died Tuesday, February 7, 2006 in her home. She was the wife of Richard P. Laudenslager. They were married 54 years last April. Born in Emmaus she was the daughter of Ruth (Moser) Luckey of Quakertown and the late Willard Luckey. She was last employed as a secretary for the Upper Bucks YMCA. Prior to that she was a secretary for F. L. Tarantino & Sons Monument Co., Dimmig Electric, and the former Trainers Restaurant all in Quakertown. She was a graduate and valedictorian of the Quakertown Community High School class of 1948 and a former member of the Quakertown Community School District Alumni Association. She was a member of the East Swamp Church in Quakertown. In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by a daughter Susan wife of Douglas Landis of Quakertown. Two sisters Betty Newhard and Arlene Price both of Quakertown. Two grandchildren Cory & Ian. Services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at East Swamp Church 2405 E. Swamp Rd. Quakertown. There will be no calling hours. The family will greet family and friends at the youth center following the interment in the church cemetery. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
