Obituary David Mokros, 78, of Quakertown died August 26, 2021 in Valley Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Diane (Heller) Mokros. They would have been married 58 years on September 7, 2021. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Joseph & Anna (Spacil) Mokros. He was a self-employed Building Contractor for 20 years. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and was an avid bargain hunter enjoying going to yard sales. David enjoyed seafood, and was a great cook serving stir fry and spaghetti. He was like "Leo the Lion" a very proud man and also had a great sense of humor. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Sellersville where he attended for 57 years. David was a U. S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons David Mark Mokros and fiance Tori Forte of Quakertown and Daniel Shawn Mokros and his wife Tanya of Perkasie. A sister Irene Martin of Quakertown and one granddaughter Kristin Mokros of Macungie. He was predeceased by three brothers Joseph Mokros, Robert Mokros, Kenneth Mokros and two sisters Anne Seachrist and Debra Crumbach. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 9:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. Calling hour will be held from 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery Newtown, PA.
