David L. Hippeli, 78, of Quakertown died October 26, 2010 in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Pauline (Nyce) Hippeli. Born in Abington he was the son of the late Otto & Alice (Collins) Hippeli. Before retiring he was an equipment operator for Milford Twp. Prior to that he worked for H. E. Bishop-Golf Course Builder. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. In addition to his wife he is survived by a brother John Hippeli of Quakertown. He was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown.
