Cynthia R. Hendricks, 58, of Quakertown died Monday, October 16, 2006 in GrandView Hospital, Sellersville. She was the wife of John W. Hendricks. They were married 41 years on October 2. Born in Sellersville she was the daughter of the late Francis L. & Virginia (Winzer) Ritter. From 1977 until her retirement in 1999 she was the Aquatic Director for the Upper Bucks YMCA. Besides her grandchildren being the joy of her life she enjoyed gardening, travel, arts and crafts. In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Christina L. Drissel and her husband Paul, Jr. of Quakertown, Timothy Hendricks and his wife Kiersten of Quakertown and Jennifer A. McGarrigle and her husband Charlie of Souderton. Two sisters Jane R. Hermann and her husband Dennis of Hampton, Virginia and Barbara A. Conway and her husband James of Florida. Six grandchildren Garrett & Hailey Drissel, Mitchell & Ayden Hendricks, Jaclyn & Sydney McGarrigle. Services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2006 at 10:30 A. M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Thursday evening 7:00-8:30 P.M. and Friday 9:30-10:30 A.M. in the funeral home.
