Clyde E. Nyce, 89, of Trumbauersville died June 9, 2013 with his family by his side. He was the husband of the late Caroline (Matkowski) Nyce and the late Anne (Hudock) Nyce. Born in Harleysville, PA he was the son of the late Horace & Mamie (Kulp) Nyce. He retired from the former U.S. Gauge/Ametek Division after 40+ years of service. He was a Staff Sergeant for the U.S. Army during WW II, and a life member of the American Legion Post #242 of Quakertown and a member of the Forrest Lodge VFW in Sellersville. Clyde enjoyed fishing at Lake Ontario, and the lakes of Montana and was an avid Phillies fan. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Trumbauersville. A true family man, his greatest joy was spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Clyde is survived by his son Brian E. (Lisa) of Telford, and a daughter Marilyn N. Keller (Ronald) of Bozeman, Montana. Two grandchildren Dana L. MacElrevey (Daniel) of Lewes, Delaware, and Brandon S. Keller of Phoenix, Arizona. Two great grandchildren Austin and Madison. Predeceased by two brothers Gerald and Garland. Services will be held on Friday, June 14, at 10:30 A.M. in Christ Lutheran Church 1 Luther Lane Trumbauersville, Pa 18970. Call Thursday evening June 13, from 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951 and Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 A.M. in the church. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Trumbauersville Fire Co. P.O.
