Clarence H. Huber, 88, lifelong resident of the Quakertown area died Thursday, July 13, 2006 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was the husband of Betty J. (Hacker) Huber. Born in Trumbauersville he was the son of the late Clarence D. & Eliza (Hallman) Huber. He was a well known dedicated Milford Twsp. employee before retiring. He also owned and operated the former Hubers Market at 9th and Juniper in Quakertown. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Quakertown where he was on church council, Sunday School Superintendant and a member of the choir. Clarence was very active in the Boy Scouts where he received the Silver Beaver Award. He was a 60 year member of the Mason's, a Lutheran Brotherhood Insurance Representative, active in the Kiwanis. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Eugene Huber and his wife Patricia of Quakertown. Two stepsons David M. Ewaniuk and his wife Paula of Quakertown and John P. Ewaniuk of California. Two sisters Elsie Bogh and Mabel George both of the Lehigh Valley. Two grandchildren Douglas and Robin and three great grandchildren Kirsten, Kaitlyn, and Alexander. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at St. John's Lutheran Church 19 S. 10th St. Quakertown. Call 9:30-11:00 A.M. in the church. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
