Claire B. Schantzenbach, 73, of Quakertown died Tuesday, May 3, 2005 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. She was the wife of Linford A. Schantzenbach. They were married 50 years. Born in Wassergauss, PA she was the daughter of the late Frank & Daisy (Quier) Sutton. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons Alvin C. and his wife Barbara of Hellertown and James J. of Quakertown. Two sisters Beatrice Hallowell and Helen Gerstenberg both of Hellertown. Six grandchildren and Sixteen great grandchildren and her pet dog "Toy". She was predeceased by a daughter Patricia D. MacPherson, a brother Robert Sutton and a sister Edna Moyer. Services will be held on Monday, May 9, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, (www.crstrunk.com). Call Monday 12:30-1:30 P.M. in the funeral home.
