Charlotte O Richards

Charlotte O. Richards, a passionate loving and giving person, of Perkasie passed away March 25, 2017 at The Birches at Arbor Square in Harleysville at the age of 85. She was born in Pawtucket, RI on June 3, 1931 a daughter of the late William Andrew Connor, Sr. and Onilda H. Lussier. Charlotte was married for 56 years to Raymond Richards, Jr. before his passing. She graduated in 1970 from the former Lady of Fatima Hospital School of Nursing. She spent 46 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse working in hospitals, nursing homes and her love was geriatric nursing. Being a devout Catholic she was active in her church functions. She worked on election boards, and spent five years as a teachers aide in the Pawtucket School District. Her passion was being on the water and her dogs. The most important thing to Charlotte was her family. Spending time with her family over the holidays was of utmost importance to her. She and her family had a ritual of going for ice cream on Sunday afternoons. She has left behind an immeasurable amount of memories for her loving family. Survivors: Charlotte is survived by her Children: Paula O. Richards of Perkasie, PA, Raymond L. Richards III and wife Diane of Taunton, MA, Steven A. Richards and wife Marilyn of Warwick RI, Christa M. Jutras and fianc Thomas Nilan of Perkasie, PA, Pamela A. Bowden of Perkasie, PA, Gregory C. Richards and wife Maria of Dayville, CT, Jeffrey J. Richards and wife Missy Magill of Natick, MA Siblings: Carolyn A. Ward of Ettleboro, MA, Madelyn R. Young of MA and FL, William A. Connors, Jr. of North Port , FL. 16 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren and the 30th great grandchild due in May! Charlotte is predeceased by her children, David W. Richards and Peter A. M.
