Catharine A. Afflerbach, 92, of Richlandtown died May 14, 2009 in Milford Square at the home of her son, Herman. She was the wife of the late Herman O. Afflerbach. Born in Springfield Twp., she was the daughter of the late Howard and Mabel (Weaver) Riegel. She was of the Reformed Faith. In addition to her son Herman S. and his wife Janice she is survived by five grandchildren, Angela, Lisa, Alan, Rachel, Anthonee and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother Charles, and three sisters Pauline Novak, Irma Shuman, and Cretta Hoffert. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Tuesday 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
