Carl F. Ellis, D.D.S., 66, of Quakertown died Saturday, November 6, 2004 in his home. He was the husband of Susan S. (Gilbert) Ellis. They were married 26 years in October. Born in Philadelphia, Pa he was the son of the late Samuel & Sarah (Mentz) Ellis. He was a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving as a Captain during the Vietnam War. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters Rebecca wife of Justin Stewart of Pine, Colorado and Julie wife of Jeff Stoudt of Souderton, PA . A sister Sheila Hersch of Hollywood, Florida and 3 grandchildren. Services were held on Tuesday, November 9, 2004.
