Betty S. Kline, Quakertown, formerly of Pennsburg, died Saturday, November 11, 2007 in Belle Haven Nursing Home. She was the wife of Earl Kline. They celebrated 66 years of marriage in June. She was 86. Born in Pennsburg, she was the daughter of the late Lydia Kneule. Prior to her retirement, Betty began working for the former Bell Telephone and later as a credit manager for Sears and the former W.T. Grants in Quakertown. Her quiet times were spent doing jigsaw puzzles and playing board games with her family. She will forever be remembered as a dedicated, loving, wife and mother. Betty was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Quakertown. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Earl, Jr., Phoenixville, and his fiancee Cheryl Desmond; a daughter Susan Meas and her husband Daniel, New Albany, and a grandson, Derek. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown.
