Betty Elaine Musselman

Betty Elaine Musselman, 83, of Telford formerly of Richlandtown died October 16, 2011 in Grand View Hospital, Sellersville. She was the wife of the late Otto F. Musselman. Born in Richlandtown she was the daughter of the late John R. & Edna (Favorite) Schultz. She was the parish secretary at St. John's Lutheran Church in Richlandtown before retiring. Betty was a life member of the Forrest Lodge Ladies Auxiliary #245 in Sellersville. She was past State President of the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW from 1987-1988, and was also a past National Council Member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW. She was a Ladies Auxiliary member of the American Legion Nase Craft Post #255 in Sellersville. She was an Auxiliary member to the Military Order of the Cooties, and a long time girl scout. Betty was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Richlandtown. Betty is survived by a son Karl F. and his wife Chrystyna S. of Northampton, and a daughter Lynn E. of Telford. Two grandsons Nicholas F. and Austin I. F. and a granddaughter Kylie A. She was predeceased by a brother Roland. Services will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in St. John's Lutheran Church 4 South Main St. Richlandtown. A Ladies Auxiliary service will be held just prior to the church service on Thursday. Call Wednesday evening 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown and Thursday 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the church.
