Barry S. Schmitt, 55, of Quakertown formerly of Philadelphia died Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at his residence. He was the husband of Carol (Wormeck) Schmitt. They were married 26 years on May 10, 2006. Born in Philadelphia he was the son of John & Betty (Bradford) Schmitt. He was a highly respected stone mason. Barry was an avid golfer and loved nature. He was of the Quaker Faith. In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by his children Karen and Andy. Three brothers John, Jeffrey, Stephen and three sisters Judith, Janet, and Holly . Memorial services will be held on Tuesday evening May 30, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. at Deep Run Presbyterian Church 16 Irish Meetinghouse Rd. Perkasie. There will be no calling hours. The C. R.
