Barbara J. Fosbenner, 82, of Allentown formerly of Center Valley died August 13, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the husband of Robert E. Fosbenner. They were married 63 years in June. Born in Quakertown she was the daughter of the late Ambrose & Helen (Johnson) Lang. She was last employed as a bookkeeper for the former Cummings Buick of Quakertown before becoming a homemaker and mother. She was a member of the Quakertown Womens Club, and was a 50 plus year member of the Bethlehem Order of the Eastern Star. Barbara was also a member of Faith U.C.C. in Center Valley. Most important in addition to her husband were her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. In addition to her husband she is survived by three sons Steven (Carrie) of Coopersburg, Todd (Anne Mueller) of Boulder, CO, and Tom (Kate) of Bethlehem Township. Three grandchildren Elissa, Eric, Jillian, and two great grandchildren Benjamin, and Braden. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 5:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. Call 4:00-5:30 P.M. in the funeral home.
