Barbara Gavilondo, 68, loving mother, proud grandmother companion and friend, of Quakertown formerly of Toms River, NJ died Thursday, December 30, 2004 in her home. She was the wife of the late Dr. Enrique J. Gavilondo. Born in Brooklyn, New York she was the daughter of the late Patrick & Stella (Dorsky) Reardigan. Those who knew her knew her passion for cooking and trying new recipes. A new recipe was a reason for entertaining. She loved to watch people eat and above all be happy. She is survived by her daughter Gabrielle "Gigi" wife of W. Scott Bernstein of Quakertown. Two brothers Greg and his wife Millie of Cherry Hill, NJ and Ron and his wife Gail of Melbourne, Florida. Her sister-in-law Gail of Canton, Georgia. A grandson S. Geoffrey, her companion Peter Carlos of Quakertown. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Patrick. A mass will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Isidore's Catholic Church 531 W. Broad St. Quakertown.
