Barbara F. Glick

Barbara F. Glick, of Kintnersville formerly of Pipersville died Tuesday, March 9, 2010. She passed away one day before her 81st Birthday, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Henry A. Glick, Jr ( Sept. 10, 2001). She took great pride in being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She cherished family gatherings, including family reunions and visits to her North Carolina relatives. Born in Bronx, NY she was the daughter of the late Frank & Eva (Szenn) Kihm. Barbara was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ottsville where she was on the Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Upper Bucks Senior Center and a former member of the Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 399. She is survived by her two sons Thomas and James (Debbie) both of Upper Black Eddy. Two daughters Kathleen Kershaw a resident at Neshaminy Manor of Doylestown and her husband Richard of Ferndale, and Maryanne Walter (David) of Kintnersville. Seven grandchildren Scott Kershaw (Krista), Andrew, Ben, David. Caitlin Snyder (Tom), Brittany, and Greg. Three great grandchildren Bradley and Daniel Kershaw, and Bryce Anne Snyder, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, David (Jan 9, 2010), and three sisters Margaret Kihm, Catherine Stuprich, and Anna Claypool. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 4050 Durham Rd. , Route 412 in Ottsville.
