Athanesia "Joanie" Paras-Sneed, 82, of Quakertown died June 24, 2012 in LifeQuest Nursing Center, Milford Twp. She was the wife of the late Dewey L. Sneed. Born in Portsmouth, NH she was the daughter of the late John & Sophie (Sagris) Paras. She is survived by sons, John A. Merritt of Quakertown, and Andrew J. Merritt of Jacksonville Beach, Fl. Sisters, Bessie Stevens of Fort Meyers, Fl, and Dorothy Goodwin of Whitefield, NH. Brother, Nick Paras of Sacramento, Ca. Grandchildren, Michelle M. Jackson, John A. Merritt,V, Jennifer L. Merritt, and Michael M. Dambakly. Nieces and nephews, Eric Stevens, Mark Stevens, Anita Stiles, Tony Stevens, and John Goodwin. Five great grandchildren and many grand nieces and nephews.
