Anna K. Lane, 92, of Quakertown died October 13, 2009 in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. She was the wife of the late Eugene M. Lane. Born in Quakertown she was the daughter of the late Edwin C. & Hannah B. (Cressman) Fritz. She was a secretary for Merck & Co. in West Point retiring in 1995. Anna also worked in her late parents business the former Fritz's Bakery and she and her late husband also owned and operated the former Town Kitchen in Quakertown. Anna was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Quakertown. She is survived by her children Michael E., Kathleen E. McGourney both of Quakertown, John J. of Lansdale and Edwin C. and his wife Joanne of Haycock Twp. Six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Services will be held on Monday, October 19, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Monday 1:00-2:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
