Alverda M. Fedorowicz, 90, of Quakertown died March 29, 2012 in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. She was the wife of the late Alfred J. Fedorowicz. Born in Spinnerstown she was the daughter of the late Howard & Marie (Hughes) Wieand. She retired as a sewing machine operator from various mills in the Quakertown area. After retirement she was a crossing guard for the Quakertown Community School District for 20 years. She was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown. She is survived by a son Alfred F. (Linda) of Quakertown, and a daughter Brenda M. Pollock (Jack) of Newark, DE. A brother Charles (Norma) of St. Michaels, MD. Five grandchildren Todd (Dawn), Tracy (Clint), Jill (Richard), Karen, and Jimmy. Four great grandchildren Martina, Graham, Jacob, and Jayden. Many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Russell, and Howard, and a sister Marie. A mass will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Isidore's Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the church. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown is in charge of the arrangements.
