Allen Wenhold, 82, of Quakertown formerly of Haycock Twsp., where he served as a former County Constable, died May 13, 2010 in his home. He was the husband of Marilyn M. (Roberts) Wilsey-Wenhold and the late Jennie (Czerwonka) Wenhold. Born in East Rockhill Twp, he was the son of the late Samuel K. & Laura Agnes (Kehs) Wenhold. He retired in 1991 after 41 years of service from U.S. Gauge/Ametek Division in Sellersville. Allen was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a lifetime member of the Forrest Lodge VFW in Sellersville. He was a member of the Sellersville Moose and enjoyed all cars from antiques, and classics to modern day automobiles. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Quakertown. In addition to his wife he is survived by four step-sons David E. Wilsey and his wife Sue of Quakertown, Don E. Wilsey and his wife Christine of Fountain Hill, Douglas A. Wilsey and his wife Donna of Richlandtown, and Steven R. Wilsey and his wife Sandi of Quakertown. A step-daughter Barbara J. Leh and her husband Sam of Coopersburg. Two brothers Jackson and his wife Dorothy of Perkasie and Donald of Quakertown. Eleven step-grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in Trinity Lutheran Church 102 N. Hellertown Ave. Quakertown. Call 6:00-7:00 P.M. in the church. Interment will be private at Whitemarsh Memorial Park. Arrangements by the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown.
