Alfonso J. Lewandowski

Obituary Alfonso J. Lewandowski, 87, of Quakertown died March 16, 2020 in Grand View Hospital, Sellersville. He was the husband of the late Barbara (Shelmire) Lewandowski. Born in Philadelphia he was the son of the late Peter & Anna Lewandowski. He was a punch press set up man retiring from Mack Trucks in Macungie. Prior to that he worked for Weston Instrument Co. in Worcester, Pa. He was a former member of the Perkiomen Valley CB Radio Club. He also enjoyed vegetable gardening, hunting, and fishing. Alfonso attended the Church of the Incarnation in Quakertown. He is survived by a daughter Lois A. Shelly of Fleetwood, PA, a son Glen D. (Barbara) of Green Lane, his companion Alice Watkins of Hatfield. Five grandchildren Jeremiah Lewandowski, Jessica Lewandowski, Samantha Krum (Kevin), Nicole Musselman (Chad), and Annalyse Treat. Two great grandchildren Trevor & Kenzie Musselman. Predeceased by his siblings Thomas, Frances, Frank, Cecelia, Agnes, & Lucy. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Cross Cemetery 1325 Quakertown Road Pennsburg, Pa 18073. Arrangements are in the care of the C. R.
