Roger A. Ethier

Roger A. Ethier, 81, of Quakertown formerly of Niagara Falls, NY died July 5, 2011 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was the husband of Lucille (Montpetit) Ethier. They were married 61 years last July. Born in Bourget Ontario Canada he was the son of the late Valmore & Rose (Bussiere) Ethier. He retired in 1987 as a supervisor for the former Moore Business Forms Quakertown. Roger was a member of the Knights of Columbus Cardinal Stritch Council 4649 where he served as a Grand Knight three times. He was also a 4th degree Knight of the Pope Pius the Twelfth Assembly 0941. Roger also enjoyed woodworking. He was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Richard (Lorraine), three daughters Joyce, Claudette Hvorecny (Jeff), and Lynette. A daughter-in-law Ann. Five grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Kenneth and two grandchildren. A mass will be held on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Isidore's Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown.
