Richard Charles Menzak, Jr.

Obituary Richard Charles Menzak, Jr., 55 of Quakertown Pa, formerly of Warminster PA, died peacefully Thursday December 19, 2019 in his home with his family. He was the husband of Nora Ellen (Donahue) Menzak. They celebrated thirty four years of marriage on May 3, 2019. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Richard Charles and Dorothy (Harrell) Menzak. A 1982 graduate of Archbishop Wood High School in Warminster Pa, Rick was last employed as a technician for Draeger Medical where he celebrated his 20 year anniversary in October 2019. He was also a member of St. Isidores Catholic Church and a 4th degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus. Rick was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, who closely followed the Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially outside while grilling, camping, hiking, and spending time at the beach. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Adam R. (Janet) and a daughter Sarah E. (Cameron) a granddaughter Destiny N., three brothers Gregory S. (Monica), Brian M. (Jill), and Douglass M. (Mary), as well as Caroline Giansiracusa (Aunt Carol), who was like a mother to him and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 4, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 West Broad St. Quakertown PA 18951.
