Barbara Ruth Kolb

Barbara Ruth Kolb, 74, of Spinnerstown died November 2, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of Charles B. Kolb. They were married 55 years last August. Born in Sellersville, PA she was the daughter of the late Linford M. & Mary L. (Schwenk) Angstadt. From 1969 until the present she worked at Spinnerstown Hotel. She volunteered with all sports groups involving her sons and enjoyed spending time at the family cabin in Wyoming County. Barbara was very kind hearted and enjoyed flowers and playing Bingo. She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Spinnerstown. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons Charles T. (Joanne) and Daniel R. Three sisters Betty Croissette (Richard), Sally Tuturice, and Donna Angstadt. Three grandchildren Kaleigh, Nathan, & Evan, one great grandchild Chase. She was predeceased by two brothers Richard and Barry and a sister Mary Hagenbuch. Services will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11:30 A.M. in St. Johns Lutheran Church 1565 Sleepy Hollow Rd. Spinnerstown, PA 18968. Call 9:30-11:30 A.M. in the church.
